• Once you place your order, we will email you an excel template to fill out. We need the completed seating chart filled out 3 weeks before your wedding. If local, you can make changes to your wedding up to the Friday before your wedding. If shipping, the final chart is due 2 weeks before your wedding.

Size Recommendations: 

• 22"x30" max guests of 220, if over 150 guests, must list as couples if applicable
• 30"x40" for 220-320 guests, if over 250 guests list guests as couples if applicable, or potential larger size (additional $50+)
