What is your current turn around time for orders?

All our Grainwell Branded items are made to order! We try our best to get all orders out as soon as possible. However, turn around times may fluctuate depending on material availability and our current workload. Below are our current turn around times due to our current work load. If you need Grainwell Branded items sooner, please email after placing your order to see if we can accommodate your timeframe. 

 What is your return policy?

We accept returns for store credit of non personalized items in new resell able condition within 2 weeks of purchase (14 days). Personalized, plants, seasonal and custom items are final sale. 

14 days begins at time of order completion for pick up orders.

How do I switch to 'local pick up' if I want to pick up my order? It is automatically charging me shipping.

If you would like to PICK UP your order, at checkout go back to the information page and select "CHANGE" next to the ship to address and switch the delivery method to "PICK UP". If you have any issues, please email or call us. If it still does not let you, please email us after checkout and we will refund you for shipping.

You are able to pick up any orders at both of our retail locations: Covington, KY & Hyde Park Cincinnati, OH. 


Can I order online and pick-up my order at your boutique in Covington or Hyde Park? 

Yes, you can pick up for free! See above on how to change your order from ship to pick up.

We also offer flat rate shipping & expedited shipping for our items listed online. 


Do you ship internationally?

We do not have set rates for shipping international. However, we can get you a quote based on location, just email us!


Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes, just state that under additional instructions when you check out and we will wrap your order in brown craft paper and we can even put a note with it! 

All orders are shipped with a packing slip and prices are never present.


Can you make custom items?

Yes! We can create custom signage and decor. We also specialize is corporate logo signage and corporate gifts. Email or fill out a contact form to see if what you are envisioning is possible for us to create!

Please note, at this time we do not make furniture.


Can you use a logo or trademark for custom orders?

Yes. However, we assume no responsibility for determining trademark/logo ownership. All liability of this nature rests solely with the customer.


What are your hours?

Please reference google for our most up to date hours for both our retail stores. Typically we are open Tuesday thru Saturday.

Our production/main office hours (316 Pike St) are open normal business hours M-F 830-5p and we are by appointment only. 

Where do I go to discuss a custom project?

It depends! For a project similar to what we offer online but custom text, design etc, feel free to stop at the boutique to place your order! We always like our customers to stop at our boutique to look at what products we currently make. This helps you to look at material etc. If you are interested in a custom logo sign, art installation or corporate gift, give us a call at 8594154955 or email and we can set up an appointment at our headquarters/wood shop.

Can we shop at your wood shop?

Our boutique is at 33 Pike Street Covington, KY 41011. Our wood shop is solely production and our offices since 2017, so no shopping here :). Trust us - the boutique is much prettier!
