I am not big on reviews, but as soon as I opened my custom Grainwell order, I knew I had to get on here and share my positive experience. I had ordered two custom pieces for my MIL, who had recently lost her mother. One of the pieces was a recipe box with her mom's handwritten recipe on it. The recipe I submitted to Grainwell was stained and very fine-printed and hard to make out, but they came through! They produced the best sentimental gifts and had the best customer service on their design team to help me ensure it would make it in time for her birthday. I will be doing more custom pieces with them as their customer service and attention to detail are unmatched.
