All our Grainwell Branded items are made to order! We try our best to get all orders out as soon as possible. However, turn around times may fluctuate depending on material availability and our current workload. Below are our current turn around times due to our current work load. If you need Grainwell Branded items sooner, please email after placing your order to see if we can accommodate your timeframe. 

• Pre Designed Grainwell Product (City/state items, etc): Our turnaround time is 5-7 business days (+ shipment) for items already designed. If we have to design a new city, skyline, lake, etc turn around time may be longer.
• Personalized items: Our turnaround time is 5-10 business days (+shipment). This could be extended if there is a delay in proof approval.
• A rush fee may apply for orders less than 5 business days depending on our current production load and item.
• Non Grainwell Items (i.e candles, pots, etc): Our turnaround time is 2-4 business days for packaging and processing + shipment
• If your item is being shipped, ground is typically 2-5 business days in addition to production time. Expedited shipping option, is typically 1-3 business days in addition to production time. Once an item has shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery time due to third party shipper delays that are out of our control.

You will receive an email confirmation! If you did not receive confirmation and you checked spam, please call or email us and we will update your email and resend your order confirmation!

You can change your shipping address but not your billing! Our system does not allow us to update any billing addresses but we can update shipping. Just reply to your order confirmation or give us a call.

We do not have set rates for shipping international. However, we can get you a quote based on location, just email us!

We accept returns for store credit of non personalized items in new resell able condition within 2 weeks of purchase (14 days). Personalized, plants, seasonal and custom items are final sale. 

14 days begins at time of order completion for pick up orders.

If you would like to PICK UP your order, at checkout go back to the information page and select "CHANGE" next to the ship to address and switch the delivery method to "PICK UP". If you have any issues, please email or call us. If it still does not let you, please email us after checkout and we will refund you for shipping.

You are able to pick up any orders at our retail location in Covington, KY.

Yes, just state that under additional instructions when you check out and we will wrap your order in brown craft paper or black and white striped paper and we can even put a handwritten note with it! 

All orders are shipped with a packing slip and prices are never present.

Yes! We can create custom signage and decor. We also specialize is corporate logo signage and corporate gifts. Email michele@grainwell.com or fill out a contact form to see if what you are envisioning is possible for us to create!

Please note, at this time we do not make furniture.

Yes. However, we assume no responsibility for determining trademark/logo ownership. All liability of this nature rests solely with the customer.

Please reference google for our most up to date hours for both our retail stores. Typically our boutique is are open Tuesday through Saturday.

Our production/main office hours (316 Pike St) are open normal business hours M-F 830-5p and we are by appointment only.

It depends! For a project similar to what we offer online but custom text, design etc, feel free to stop at the boutique to place your order! We always like our customers to stop at our boutique to look at what products we currently make. Our boutique is at 33 Pike Street Covington, KY 41011. Our wood shop is solely production and our offices since 2017, so no shopping here :). Trust us - the boutique is much prettier!
