All boards are fully functional cutting boards. Don't want to cut on the design? Flip the board over, and cut on the back side! — & serve on the front!
Product Detail:
Material: Maple (light tone), Oak (medium tone, pictured) or Sapele (dark tone)
3 Sizes available: Small - 7"x13", Medium - 10"x13", Large - 11"x17"
Design: Design is etched/burned into the wood board.
Recipe or note will be etched at the same layout (vertical vs horizontal) as the note and will be up to the designer. If you have a preference, please state.
Upload your image to our website. A hi-res jpeg is recommended. Straight on, clear, well lit photo from your phone should work as well if you cannot scan in. If you would like anything eliminated or added please specify in the notes and select the correct "Image Revision" drop down. Depending how much has to be removed, an additional fee may apply.
We consider large revisions to be the following:
Double sided recipe
Additional text to be drawn in
Removal of lines on recipe, shadows or multiple stains that are altering of text.
A proof will NOT be sent if you selected 'image as is'. If you would like a proof, please request one in the 'Notes' section at check out.
Finish: Mineral oil
Due to the organic nature of wood, color and grain will vary from the one pictured
Care of Board: Hand wash only with mild soap. Do not place in dishwasher. To ensure the life of your board, we suggest once a month applying a small amount of mineral oil, rubbing with a cloth in the direction of the wood grain. Wipe off excess and dry board overnight.
